Welcome to Silken Elite (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Silken Elite is an online advertising and directory platform that allows independent individuals (“Companions”) to create profiles and connect with other users (“Clients”).

Silken Elite:

• Does NOT operate as an escort agency
• Does NOT employ, manage, or control any Companions
• Does NOT arrange or facilitate specific interactions between users
• Does NOT guarantee any outcomes or engagements

2. Independent Status

All Companions listed on the Platform are independent individuals.

Companions:

• Set their own rates, availability, and terms
• Operate entirely at their own discretion
• Are not employees, contractors, or representatives of Silken Elite

Silken Elite does not direct, control, or influence the services offered by Companions.

3. No Illegal Activity

The Platform strictly prohibits the use of its services for any unlawful purpose.

Users agree that they will NOT:

• Advertise or solicit illegal services
• Engage in or promote the exchange of services prohibited by law
• Use language, imagery, or content that explicitly promotes illegal activities

Silken Elite reserves the right to remove any content or user that violates these rules.

4. No Financial Involvement

Silken Elite does not:

• Process payments between users
• Act as an intermediary in financial transactions
• Receive commissions or percentages from engagements

All arrangements, including payments, are made directly and privately between users.

5. User Responsibility

All users are solely responsible for:

• Their own actions and interactions
• Compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws
• Verifying the identity and suitability of other users

Silken Elite does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles.

6. Content Guidelines

Users may upload profiles, images, and descriptions subject to the following:

• Content must be lawful and respectful
• No explicit sexual content or pornographic material
• No misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• No content that infringes on the rights of others

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove content at our sole discretion.

7. Account Termination

Silken Elite may suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or unlawful behavior
• Complaints from other users
• Any activity that may expose the Platform to legal risk

8. Limitation of Liability

Silken Elite is not responsible for:

• The conduct of any user
• The outcome of any interaction between users
• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the Platform

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

• Availability or uptime
• Accuracy of content
• Suitability for any purpose

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silken Elite from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

• Their use of the Platform
• Their interactions with other users
• Their violation of these Terms or applicable laws

11. Privacy

By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal information.

12. Modifications

Silken Elite reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
